A selection of projects showcasing my technical skills, leadership abilities, and academic work.
Developed a desktop application that automates the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis from structured Excel input. The tool generates matrix-based relationship analysis, network diagrams, and .mdl files for causal loop modeling. Designed for academic researchers, it streamlines repetitive tasks and improves the consistency and speed of literature-based analysis.
Co-authored a peer-reviewed study published in the journal Buildings, examining how cognitive biases affect decision-making in New Zealand's construction health and safety practices. Through a systematic literature review of 283 articles (45 selected), we identified key decision factors, reinforcing loops, and critical paths that influence safety outcomes. The findings offer actionable insights for improving risk perception and decision-making frameworks in the construction sector.
View PublicationDesigned and built a dynamic, low-cost wiki website to support Bukalapak's gaming community expansion. Architected the platform for rapid delivery and scalability, and created a lightweight CMS that allows easy content updates by non-technical contributors. Delivered the project in under two months and laid the groundwork for community growth and engagement.
Led a cross-functional team of engineers and project managers to scale Bukalapak’s digital gaming platform to new global markets. Successfully launched the platform in 5 new countries within 3 months by implementing scalable infrastructure and a localization-ready system. Integrated regional payment gateways to support local currencies and transactions, ensuring seamless onboarding for international users.
Led the development of a premium wine marketplace by integrating third-party wine supplier APIs and secure payment gateways. Defined the system architecture and coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment. Built and maintained a technical roadmap while mentoring a team of six engineers and driving alignment with business goals.
My journey started with a simple love for coding and a curiosity to solve problems. Over time, that interest led me to work on real-world systems, support team growth, and take on leadership roles. I'm now continuing that journey by combining industry experience with academic research, always striving to learn and contribute meaningfully.
Supported students in project management and technical courses by explaining concepts, refining course materials, and answering in-depth research questions. Contributed to course content refinement and assisted in research-based student learning.
Conducted research on cognitive biases influencing decision making in construction health and safety as part of a summer scholarship program. Published results in MDPI’s Buildings journal. Developed literature review tools to streamline research and improve factor mapping and analysis.
Oversaw international expansion by leading 5 engineers and coordinating with 3 project managers. Built a scalable platform and launched into 5 new countries, reducing expansion time to just 2 weeks per market. Developed a dynamic wiki to support the gaming community and laid the groundwork for publishing games. Personally completed the first mobile game publication for the company.
Led a team of 6 engineers to develop new wine e-commerce platform. Integrated third-party APIs for wine inventory and payment systems while managing end-to-end project execution. Designed the system architecture and developed a long-term technical roadmap. Prioritized mentorship and team growth through structured feedback and coaching.
Managed two engineering teams responsible for core e-commerce functionalities. Led project planning, technical decision-making, and performance reviews. Balanced both engineering and product roles, streamlining delivery and driving alignment with business priorities. Improved delivery velocity and reduced product issue resolution time.
Grew from an individual contributor to squad lead over five years. Developed backend services, optimized database performance, and migrated legacy components. Advocated for faster deployment processes and introduced efficient sprint cycles. Supported junior engineers and helped shape a collaborative engineering culture.
Instructed computer science laboratory classes, guided students through exercises, and supported academic performance evaluations. Graded submissions, assisted with technical troubleshooting, and upheld exam integrity. Awarded Best Teaching Index Assistant for outstanding student feedback.
Focused on resource efficiency, project planning, and ethical engineering. Conducting applied research into virtual reality in construction safety. Courses span stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, scheduling, and digital tools in project planning.
Studied core areas of information systems, algorithms, and database design. Built a strong foundation in both backend and frontend technologies. Majored in applied ERP foundation. GPA: 3.81/4.0
